we got a sudden unexpected snowfall this afternoon just after the girls got home from school. they promptly set to catching snowflakes on their tongues. they're really hoping it snows enough to go sledding again, but so far there's only about a half inch.
this was the other one that i greatly debated as being the picture of the day. torrey is a big time read-aholic. she reads in the morning before she gets out of bed, when she's eating breakfast, in the car, in the dark, in the dark in the car... you get the idea. :) anyway, so tonight i "caught" her reading the children's encyclopedia in front of the fire.

Love the pics Noel!! And my oldest is a nut about books too. He would rather spend his money on books more than anything else. Gotta love that!
