the car that is no more

the car that is no more
thanks be to God that everyone is safe & sound

GOD had his hand on stan today. he was heading home from work, stopped at a stop light when a drunk driver slammed into him at 40mph. the airbags deployed. he ran into the car in front of him then that car hit the car in front of them. they took stan via ambulance to the hospital. he's in a lot of pain, but is generally ok. i'm just so thankful that no one was seriously injured, and the drunk driver is behind bars.

stan says, "my car has gone to the place where all good cougars go when they are no more... but then it's probably the same place bad cougars go when they are no more." the goofy picture is a couple of years old, but it's the only picture we had of that car. goodbye cougar... we will miss you.

WoW! Stan, I am glad you're okay and the "pain" of losing your car will slowly fade. ;-)
Any pics from the car in it's current "state?"
Thank you God for placing Your hand where it is most definitely needed!
Have a Happy New Year.

Oh, I am so glad to know that he is okay, but I do feel for him. We are big car people in our house, so I understand the loss he is suffering right now. Stan...it will be okay...the Cougar will live on in your memories forever...

And here I am, last night, e-mailing you about an abr file!!! I am so sorry that I bothered you. And like the person you are, you acted like you had all the time in the world to help me...not mentioning that your husband had been involved in an accident AND TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL!!!
Thanks Noel! Like I said, "Your a sweetheart". Glad that Stan is doing okay.

Those dang drunk drivers! I am glad they got him. You hear so much about hit and runs.
Hope Stan gets feeling 100% soon!

I'm glad Stan is okay and that the drunk driver is behind bars. My daughter's full school bus (and the bus driver was pregnant with triplets) was hit by a drunk driver last December. I'm hoping he's still behind bars, too.

Oh my word! I'm so happy that Stan is up and walking around. Poor guy. Car accidents are such an awful experience. I'm glad the drunk driver is behind bars where he should be. Why haven't people learned not to drive drunk? Seriously? Sending hugs your way :)
