I have loads of recent pictures that I've just finished editing. The week (or so) really got away from me, at least in the area of keeping up with editing photo unnecessary to the function of day to day life. Although they're not completely necessary, it's important for me to keep up for Stan's sake. He misses so much of the little daily life moments when he's on deployment, and it's one little way we can be together each day. So I press on. I'm still not entirely caught up, but I'm closer.
The rest will be brief by way of descriptions since I'm typing without my contacts and really should be getting myself ready for the day.
Torrey and her "heart blanket"
My mom made this quilt for Torrey when she was born.
She doesn't like it to be washed, and she can't sleep without it.
The edges are warn from her little finger rubbing she does when she sleeps.
It's perfect.
Oh those sweet eyes.
They melt my heart.
My sunshine.
A gaggle of girls & dear friends.
Chesterton Quote of the Day
"We may concede that a straw may break the camel's back,
but we like to know that it really is the last straw and not the first."
-G.K. Chesterton: Tremendous Trifles
