i was born in the
wrong era!

still going through the boxes from my dh's grandma. this is a book that was given to his great grandparents as a gift. i thought the title was comical. it is the first edition of the book, written in 1937 (i'm not sure if there were later editions).

i've read the first few pages, and it's just amazing to see how much things have changed over the years. yet, i look at my living room scattered with toys and miscellaneous vintage items in bubble wrap... wishing i was living in a "one-maid household"!!!

Yeah! What happened to our maid anyway. Maybe we should invest in a TWO maid household...apparently the ONE maid household isn't working out so well for us ;-D.
