i'm nearly done with this mini album... just the bit on the back of the pic & the facing page. :) this is still one of my favorite pics...
the quotes read: "strength has a million faces," "i'm so glad when daddy comes home," "my hero," and "protector."

I have really enjoyed watching this mini album come together. But I have to say this last page just melted my heart. What a beautiful, special moment you captured in the photo.

Please share your husband's reaction to receiving this wonderful album.

You are so very talented and I thank you so much for sharing!

Great Picture!!! I must admit any time I see anything like this on TV,print,movie,irl...anything it always makes me cry!!! I know what it is like to miss someone you love so much!!! Thanks for letting your husband help our country..I always say half of the strength comes from the families who sacrifice and love the soldiers and make sure things run smoothly at home!!! My mom was a military wife too!!! God Bless!

Ok, being away from home, knowing the moment pictured will come again in four short months strikes a chord that I think only a father can appreciate! If there is anything that will drive a tough military man to his knees and cause the ever forbidden tears to flow, it's the sight of his wife and kids for the first time after a long arduous deployment. The man that does not weep in this situation has replaced his beating heart with a lump of coal.

what a beautiful photograph! (and I think you just print out Stan's comment above and tuck it in that mini album somewhere! )
